Careers in our family of schools

We are a successful growing family of good and outstanding schools that collaborate to learn to deliver the best educational outcomes for our children.

We  are always looking to recruit passionate staff to work in our National Support Schools and National Teaching Schools and a career with Eko has unlimited opportunity. It will give you the chance to learn across a variety of school settings and provisions.

We support our staff with their continous professional development, from coaching to mentoring to training, as we believe that the more we invest in our staff the more successful we are as a family of schools.

Our Mission

  • We collaborate to achieve world class outcomes for our children, young people and  families

  • We develop flexible, innovative approaches to learning to build our centres of excellence

  • We invest in high quality support and development  across diverse schools

  • We support and challenge each other in an inclusive environment

Working with us also has some great benefits

  • Competitive salaries;

  • Pension schemes;

  • Flexible working policies;

  • Enhanced continuous professional development

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave;

  • Childcare vouchers;

  • Employee Wellbeing Scheme

Whatever your role or whatever your career plans we can help you to achieve them, whether its teachers who inspire our pupils or support staff who ensure our family of schools run smoothly and efficiently for the benefit of our pupils.

We value the individuality of our schools and value this in our staff too.  We don’t believe that staff should all have to act and think in the same way, which is why we are dedicated to creating environments where people can share their own diverse backgrounds, experiences, perspectives and ideas and learn together.

If you are interested in a career with the Eko Trust, please contact Kai Muxlow on 0207 473 6890 or email info@ekotrust.org.uk for more information.
