Trustees who will form the new Board of the Compass Eko Trust met last week for a superb session, with an inspirational keynote from Samira Sadeghi, Director of Trust Governance at the Confederation of School Trusts. The session has helped our combined leadership to consider the strengths of our respective leadership teams and how we will build on these as we merge together to form the Compass Eko Trust.
