Why Work for Eko?
We are a successful, growing family of good and outstanding schools that collaborate to learn to deliver the best educational outcomes for our children. Every day in our schools gives you the opportunity to shape young minds, support and witness young peoples’ achievements, and work in a dynamic and diverse role that makes a real difference.
We welcome the opportunity to recruit passionate staff who will work on national programmes with our partners and across our schools. A position at Eko Trust offers unlimited opportunities, providing you with the chance to gain valuable experience in different school settings.
We support our staff with their continuous professional development, from coaching to mentoring to training, as we believe that the more we invest in our staff, the more successful we are as a family of schools.

Support Network
As well as a competitive salary, working in an Eko Trust school means that you are always supported, whether you are a member of support staff, an NQT, QT, or Head. There is always a wealth of knowledge and a network of people on the same journey as you, working to the same goals, with a range of different skill sets, that you can access whenever you need to.
Being part of our Eko Trust family of schools means you are never on your own. We celebrate that we are all part of a team with a shared purpose of providing excellent learning for the children at our schools and making a positive impact on children’s lives. Our staff work in teams across schools in areas such as safeguarding, assessment and teaching to conduct case reviews, and always support each other to look at alternative ways of delivery.
Professional Development
Eko Trust prioritizes ongoing professional development (CPD), and we are dedicated to empowering our staff to reach their highest potential in order to effectively support the children and the communities they come from. This is why we offer a vast range of CPD opportunities, including:
-
1-2-1 sessions with more experienced staff, as well as access to coaching and a leadership development programme
-
Regular coaching – at least 3 supportive appraisal meetings a year with your manager where you can discuss your skills development, wellbeing, and career aspirations
-
A range of formal and informal options, including workshops, conferences, and online courses, tailored to teaching and support staff alike
-
Workshops and training sessions provided by the executive team
Staff also have the opportunity to work in our other schools or shadow staff from our family of schools. This is a great way to share best practice and see different learning and teaching styles, including SEMH or autism provision.

Family-Friendly Policies
The Trust offers flexible working to encourage staff to have a better work-life balance, including part-time hours, term-time-only working and job shares, and we offer generous policies and entitlements in respect of Maternity, Paternity and Adoption.
